This Privacy Policy by The Growth Lab™ is delivered on behalf of Vium Venture Group Inc (VVG or We, we) and our affiliates and governs the data collected on any website or mobile application on which a link to this Privacy Policy appears and any data we collect in connection with delivering the services to you, which may include providing you with online subscriptions and other product offerings, whether online or offline, (collectively, the “Services”). How We Share the Information We CollectWe may transfer your information to other offices of VVG and our affiliates for internal management and administrative purposes on our behalf. Your personal data will be transferred to other VVG and affiliate’s offices where necessary for the performance or conclusion of our contractual obligations to you or for your benefit. We may share your information, including information that is combined with outside records, with third parties who provide services to us, such as direct marketing services, in order to enhance our ability to market to you those products or services that may be of interest to you. Third-party advertising technology (“Ad Tech”) providers (some of which are Suppliers) helps us to serve and track digital advertisements through the Services and on third-party digital services. Ad Tech providers use cookies and other data collection tools to collect information about your interaction with the Services and digital advertisements and combine this information from other sources in order to deliver digital advertisements about goods and services that are targeted to your interests (as inferred from your online activity). Children’s PrivacyVVG respects the privacy of your child and we want to share with you our policies regarding children under the age of thirteen (13). Although Users of all ages may navigate through the Services, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under age thirteen (13). If we learn that a child under age thirteen (13) has improperly provided us with information, we will notify the child’s parent or legal guardian and thereafter delete the child’s personal information from our records.

Retention of Personal InformationWe will retain your personal information while you have an account with us and thereafter for purposes not prohibited by applicable laws. Thereafter, we will either delete your personal information or de-identify it so that it is anonymous and not attributed to your identity.

Changes to this Privacy PolicyThis Privacy Policy may be changed by VVG at any time and such changes will apply to information we collected from you pursuant to a previous privacy policy. The revised Privacy Policy will be posted on the appropriate portion(s) of our websites or mobile applications and will indicate at the bottom when it was most recently updated.
